The location is ideal, just a short distance from local attractions, and the room was clean with an effective, quiet AC. A relaxing jacuzzi added to the comfort of the stay, and the friendly staff made the experience even better. However, being an older motel, some aspects showed wear, and the noise from other guests was occasionally disruptive.

Great location and helpful staff

The motel was situated perfectly, just two miles from the center of West Point, which made it convenient for my needs. I enjoyed a comfortable king bed in my room, complete with a jacuzzi, and the air conditioning worked well in the heat. The on-site restaurant served delicious food, and the staff were friendly and accommodating throughout my stay. However, the amenities could use an update, as the pool that was advertised was filled in.

Family with children in a basic setup

The owners here are pretty friendly, made us feel welcome – that kind of hospitality really hits home. Plus, the place was clean and I could tell they put effort into it. the kids enjoyed the local vibe and the food reminded me of something my mom used to make.

It wasn’t cheap but for the family, it was still acceptable.
